Will Sera Chat replace my support team?

Is installation technical or complicated?

After onboarding, you’ll receive a small embed script. Installation typically involves copying and pasting this script into your website’s theme or layout file.
For most Shopify stores, this means:
👉 Opening your theme.liquid file
👉 Pasting the script just below the opening <body> tag
This placement ensures the assistant loads correctly across your entire site.
Where exactly do I paste the code?
For Shopify users:
1️⃣ Go to Online Store → Themes
2️⃣ Click Edit Code
3️⃣ Open theme.liquid
4️⃣ Locate the line containing:

5️⃣ Paste your Sera Chat script directly underneath that line
This ensures Sera Chat appears consistently across all pages.
If you’re using another platform, your developer can place the script within your global layout or body section.
How long does setup and training take?

Are international purchases available?
Yes! You can purchase anytime, anywhere. NOTE: translations are not currently available.
Are translations available for Sera?
Sera only operates in English. If demand for translations increase, we may work on this in the future so stay updated or hit up our team below :)
Can I cancel my subscription?
If you wish to cancel your Sera subscirption for whatever reason, please get in contact with out team and we will cancel the subscription at the end of the current billing period.
Do you offer a free trial?
We allow our customers to test and preview their own generated Sera chat box. However, to add it to their website, payment is required.
